Consultant for the further development of IT service management (m/f/d)

full-time and nationwide at one of our BWI locations.

The "Digital Process Development" department (DPD) is responsible for the conception, design, and further development of a harmonized and interoperable IT service management framework in the Bundeswehr's IT system and BWI. The "Modeling" team works together with BWI and for the customer Bundeswehr on the collection and optimization of IT service management processes. This includes the creation and comprehensive design of IT service management processes as well as their tool support.
