    **Manager, Client Delivery (Implementation); (Dallas or Harrisburg)**

    VP, Client Delivery

    Harrisburg, PA or Dallas, TX

    Summary:

    Client Delivery Managers are the initial face of VisiQuate and are responsible for the initial delivery of VisiQuates solutions. They are passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated to creating positive, value-added experiences that lay the groundwork for long-term client value and adoption.

    Client Delivery Managers enjoy and are continuously focused on driving speed-to-value by leveraging the VisiQuate platform, services and consulting opportunities to drive client ROI and overall success in their technology initiatives at record speed. They are team players that move seamlessly between VisiQuate and the client to drive joint success. They are data curious, investigative, and operate with a sense of urgency.

    The ideal candidate for this position has 1-3 years of experience working for a healthcare consulting firm or Revenue Cycle BPO outsourcing firm with experience in database development, reporting, and analytics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead implementation of VisiQuate solutions at client site on time and on budget.

    Oversee interaction with business stakeholders to implement VisiQuates healthcare analytics solutions.

    Conduct requirements gathering sessions and translate requirements into detailed specifications

    Lead data validation and verification efforts

    Validating site build against specified requirements

    Develop high quality relationships with clients and works diligently to develop and continuously maintain trust in the eyes of the client.

    Effectively communicate and escalate problems / issues that may arise and assist in determining solution feasibility and alternatives to the client and other stakeholders.

    Work closely and collaboratively with teams across the VisiQuate organization Sales, Product, Client Services and Engineering

    Recommend and implement improvements and changes to the delivery process, where appropriate.

    Travel as required to client sites (up to 25%)

    Client Communications Skills (internal and external):

    Exceptional communication skills with both technical and business-oriented team members, requiring an ability to speak to the detail while summarizing the detail for managerial and executive audiences.

    Able to present to multiple levels within an organization, including executive, management, and staff.

    Education and Experience:

    1-3 years of experience within a technology organization, consulting or equivalent, working in a client-facing role. Healthcare experience preferred.

    Degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Management, MIS, Computer Science or similar.

    Experience gathering and documenting complex business processes and translating them into system requirements

    Hands on industry experience with business intelligence solutions preferred (ex. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Microsoft BI Platform, or others)

    SQL Experience highly preferred.

    Familiarity with project management methods, processes, standards, and tools; experience with agile methodologies is preferred. Experience with Jira preferred.

    Experience working with offshore engineering teams preferred.

    Track record of creative problem solving during complex technical implementations

    Motivated self-starter with high potential for professional growth.

    Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to work cooperatively with internal and external business partners.
