Provide technical expertise to staff to advise on requirements for development and using the ServiceNow products owned by IRS, for the management and operations tools to support IRS information technology service desk
Advise Information Technology Service Desk on required services for ongoing operations and maintenance for virtual agents, self-service portal, knowledge management and eGain integration
Education, Experience, And Security Requirements
The position requires proficiency in laptop and desktop computers
The position requires proficiency in operating systems and hardware technologies
The position requires strong customer service skills, both orally and written
Highly desired:
Certified in ServiceNow and eGain software support, development, and implementation
