About the Job:

As a Financial Analyst you are responsible for analyzing and reporting of information critical to the operations and success of the revenue cycle.

The Financial Analyst will provide analysis for accurate and compliant charge capture (utilizing Epic reconciliation reporting tools, denial improvement initiatives, month end reporting, and additional analyses to support revenue cycle initiatives.

What You'll Do:
Produce and deliver inpatient PB charge reconciliation reports to the managers of the various physician practices throughout the Elliot Health SystemCompile all charges related to services provided to Northeast Rehabilitation patientsAssist in creation of financial reporting of payer variances, denials, and contract variations to ensure accurate and timely payments for all receivablesPerform data analysis, trending, and management reporting on denials by location and payerPerform data analysis and net revenue models for defined service linesEffectively communicates and resolves all needs and concerns

Who You Are:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, RequiredA minimum of 3-5 years of progressive analytical experience, RequiredEpic Experience, RequiredKnowledge of revenue cycle operations, billing/reimbursement, and/or other relevant healthcare service, PreferredExcellent organizational and project management skillsWhy You'll
