- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the R&D Executive.
- Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments, plan and coordinate executive meetings, and arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
- Work closely with IT, Engineering Operations, and software development departments to compile, analyze, and report on data related to software project timelines, budget adherence, and performance metrics.
- Prepare executive responses to routine memos, letters, or correspondence, and prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the executive office and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Follow up on contacts made by the executives and support the cultivation of ongoing relationships.
- Use analytical tools to generate reports and insights that aid in decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials for board meetings and executive presentations.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously and proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
- Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Senior Executive Assistant with a focus on data analytics.
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel and data analytics tools.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- High level verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with software development metrics and project management frameworks is highly desirable.
- Experience in a tech-focused environment, especially within software development or IT departments.
- Advanced certification in data analytics or project management.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Mark43 is looking to hire a Research and Development Administrative Assistant. The R&D Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to our senior executives in our Research and Development organization, combining traditional executive assistant responsibilities with analytical tasks related to data and software development projects. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a strong background in administrative support and a good grasp of data analysis and software development metrics.
