- Assist in organizing and coordinating proposal teams for federal opportunities, ensuring adherence to proposal schedules, and compliance with government regulations.
- Review proposal documents for compliance with government requirements and assist in addressing compliance-related issues.
- Assist with tracking proposal milestones, deliverables, and timelines using project management tools such as Asana.
- Support the development of contracts and cost/price volumes for federal proposals, including assisting with writing and formatting as needed.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposal activities, contacts, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical team stakeholders, and customer success, to gather input and address compliance-related concerns.
- Assist in the administration of contracts, including reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions, identifying potential risks or issues, and ensuring compliance with federal procurement policies.
- Manage contract documentation, including maintaining contract files, amendments, and related correspondence.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams during the post-award phase to facilitate a smooth transition and contract execution.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- DAWIA Level II Contracts certification or equivalent
- 5+ years experience supporting proposal management, working as a government contracts professional, and/or performing contract administration in the federal market.
- Familiarity with federal procurement regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review proposal documents for compliance and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
