For our
Wunderland daycare center in Schwabach, we are currently looking for a
Child Care Assistant (m/f/d)
to start immediately:


Full-time (38.5 hours per week)

Working hours according to schedule, corresponding to opening hours

Job description:


  • With your pedagogical expertise, you will support the care, education, and development of the children
  • You will accompany the children with sensitivity and focus on each individual child and their needs
  • You will conduct parent and development discussions together with the specialist
  • You will bring with you:
  • You have completed training as a child care assistant
  • You enjoy working with children and possess the ability to observe and reflect
  • You have pedagogical skills and resilience, a strong sense of empathy, and a positive outlook on life
  • You maintain a respectful communication
