Responsibilities:

You will manage our special property, supported by accounting, 100% from your home office
You will be responsible for onsite appointments, new rentals, and customer communication
You will be the first point of contact for our owners and tenants
You will conduct medium to longterm WEG meetings

Who we are looking for:

You have completed training and/or studies in real estate management or similar professional qualifications
You ideally have experience in WEG management
You have strong communication and teamwork skills
You have a confident demeanor and assertiveness
You have a valid driver's license
