We would like to hire you as an apprentice for the position of educator (m/f/d) as part of the practical integrated training (PIA) program, starting on August 1st, 2024, at the DRK childcare facility in Brilon, Lares.


Your responsibilities:


  • As part of the threeyear PIA program, you will gain practical experience with academic support
  • Design and support of pedagogical work in the group
  • Independent implementation of pedagogical tasks/projects in the group
  • Regular reflection of pedagogical actions with the practice supervisor
  • Participation in the planning and execution of parent evenings and events
  • Assistance with nursing, organizational, and housekeeping tasks

We expect from you:


  • Secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss)
  • Enjoyment of working with children
  • Sociability and willingness to communicate
  • Commitment, initiative, teamwork, professional distance, and responsibility
