Job Description:

We are looking for top-performing salespeople to join our team. Our ideal candidates are self-motivated, driven, and consistently exceed expectations. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals.


Responsibilities:


Top 5 Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan for McFadyen Digital services in the South Haven, IN area.
  • Identify new business opportunities, prioritize leads, and lead the sales process.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships and collaborate with channel representatives to drive joint sales pursuits.
  • Work closely with our inside sales team to generate traction in the South Haven, IN market.
  • Support our marketing efforts by utilizing compelling sales materials and campaigns.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Meet or exceed sales quotas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a successful sales process.
  • Track sales progress and provide regular status reports.
  • Follow sales processes and document progress in our CRM system.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices.
  • Continuously improve through selffeedback and coaching.

Qualifications:


Top 5 Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in English, German, and French.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
