For one of our major clients, we are currently looking foran employee in permanent employment who meets the following requirements:
Your tasks:
- Telephone support and user support for ITrelated questions regarding hardware and software
- Preparation and hosting of video conferences, presentations, etc.
- Onsite support (replacement and installation of hardware and software)
- Conducting error analyses, troubleshooting, and documentation
- Ensuring and adhering to SLAs in processes and policies
- Support for data center relocations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualifications
- Solid knowledge in client support and proficient in Windows 10 and MS Office packages
- Knowledge of network technologies experience with corporate networks and VPN would be a great advantage
- Service and customeroriented work style
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

- Location: Chemnitz
- Duration: permanent employment with the client
