JOB SUMMARY:
Drive product qualification plans, generate related quality documentation, and implement quality plans for new production, revisions, and improvement projects. Products manufactured are high tolerance, machined casted engine components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for driving PPAP completion on new products and revisions.
Develop inspection criteria, control plans, and implement inspection plans.
Monitor assigned product lines for improvement opportunities.
Responsible for print reviews and provide necessary feedback for feasibility (DFM).Troubleshoot processes with data to support production.
Determine root cause and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve efficiency.
Deploy inspection equipment and train personnel as needed.
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Additional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesREQUIREMENTS:
3+ years Quality Engineering experience OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related) with internship experience.
Solid understanding of GD&T.Strong problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience OR interest in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
