• Established multiple Quality Systems from scratch and hosted over 200+ customer and third-party audits to include the National Nuclear Safety Administration (NNSA), UL, NSF, ISO 9001, ISO13485, AS9100, IATF16949, REACH, ROHS, etc.
• Moved calibration to outside supplier to save estimated $50k annually
• Controlled processes by implemented SPC to protect the customer.  Drove PPM from 4000 to 14 in < 24 months. 
• Drove new inspection techniques to automated equipment to improve quality and reduce scrap (vision & contact)
• Mentored many employees for growth opportunities and improve technical abilities
• Drove process improvements in machining for cost savings of over $250k annually (machining green belt project)
• Established enterprise level database system to support cross-functional areas to include collaborative inputs and data sharing including corrective actions process, defect tracking, action tracking, etc.
