- Center of Excellence Establishment: Lead efforts to establish a center of business analysis excellence within the organization. Define best practices, develop standardized methodologies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement in business analysis capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) preferred.
- Proven experience as a business analyst in capital markets and finance, with a focus on liquidity management, treasury operations, and cash management.
- Strong understanding of financial products, market instruments, and regulatory requirements in the capital markets domain.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality business requirements and functional specifications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
