On behalf of a nursing facility, we are looking for a Deputy Nursing Director (m/f/d) for direct placement as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
- Professional and organizational management of the nursing department
- Ensuring a high quality of care and support for residents
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the field of nursing
- Ensuring staff deployment, compensation for (illnessrelated or similar) absences
- Responsibility for the implementation of the nursing process as a field of responsibility for the Deputy Nursing Director
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a nursing professional (m/f/d)
- A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to 80 SGB XI
- Several years of experience in managing nursing facilities and leading teams desirable
- Knowledge of quality management and dealing with legal framework conditions in nursing
- Good IT skills
