Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Management: As the assistant to the CFO, you will be the right hand of the management. You will assist in organizing and coordinating appointments, prepare meetings, create presentations, and ensure effective communication between the management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Information Management: You will gather relevant information, prepare it, and create meaningful reports for the management. You will monitor the flow of information, analyze data, and support decision-making.
  • Project Management: You will assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring projects. You will handle project administration, create project plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordination of Business Processes: You will be responsible for the smooth execution of operational business processes. This includes, for example, contract management, report creation, monitoring of KPIs, and collaboration with various departments.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: As the assistant to the management, you will be entrusted with sensitive information and confidential topics. You will handle these with the utmost confidentiality and ensure that the information is securely stored.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree or commercial training
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and a high level of discretion
  • Fluent in German and English,
