We are looking for reinforcements for our human resources department. Would you like to become our new colleague?

YOUR TASKS:

You will provide advice and support to employees, supervisors, and contract partners on all matters related to incapacity for work or sickness benefits, and independently and conclusively handle all associated processes.
You will carry out preparatory payroll and salary calculations by checking preexisting illnesses, entitlement to continued payment of wages, and the duration of sickness benefits.
You will monitor incoming certificates of incapacity for work, sickness benefit notices, and other wage replacement benefits.
You will work closely with social security institutions and serve as the first point of contact for reporting and certification.
General office management completes your job profile.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have an appropriate qualification, such as a social insurance specialist / social insurance clerk / social insurance specialist (m/f/d) / healthcare management clerk (m/f/d) / personnel management specialist (m/f/d) or payroll accountant (m/f/d).
You have good knowledge in the field of sickness benefits and social security law.
You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner, and act in a team and serviceoriented manner.
You have good communication skills, high advisory competence, and are confident in written and spoken language.
You are proficient in common IT applications (
