- Collaborates with CFO and Operations leadership to oversee annual budgeting processes for senior housing facilities and support functions.
- Produces regular financial forecasts and analyses in collaboration with senior management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Monitors monthly operating performance against budgetary targets, conducting variance analyses and providing insights for improvement.
- Analyzes and tracks operational metrics to enhance management practices and optimize outcomes.
- Facilitates financial coordination between departments and regional managers, fostering effective communication and alignment.
- Engages in technology integration efforts and contributes to the assessment and testing of new reporting systems.
