    Infrastructure Manager - Corporate Network

    Role Overview:

    The Infrastructure Manager for the corporate network at our global telecom company will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining our Microsoft-based infrastructure which includes Exchange, O365, and Azure services. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of our network while also leading a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators. This is a dynamic position that requires both technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

    Key Responsibilities:
    1. Manage and maintain the corporate network infrastructure ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.
    2. Lead a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
    3. Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, O365, and Azure.
    4. Develop and implement network strategies, standards, and best practices to optimize performance and efficiency.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other business systems.
    6. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
    7. Implement and enforce network security protocols to safeguard corporate data and systems.
    8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to network infrastructure services and solutions.
    9. Plan and execute network expansion projects to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.
    10. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
    Qualifications:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    2. 5+ years of experience in managing corporate network infrastructure, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
    3. Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies including Exchange, O365, and Azure.
    4. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of technical professionals.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    6. Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and best practices.
    7. Relevant certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CISSP are a plus.
    8. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    9. Experience with hybrid work environments and remote team management preferred.
