- Bachelor's degree in business, health care administration, finance, accounting, or related field plus four (4) years of experience in business, finance, or administration required.
- Two (2) years of Spin Fusion or other scheduling system experience preferred.
- Manages and oversees the Scheduling coordinator reporting directly to the Department business manager.
- Assists with managing Faculty, CRNA, and Nursing excess shift and hours payments.
- Manages Spin Fusion, Beta testing, validation, and liaison with vendors to create custom reports and update current reports and system.
- Manages KRONOS, Payroll, and leave for Faculty, Residents, CRNA's and ancillary staff.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Summary of Job Duties
:The Department Business Administrator will oversee the coordination of all administrative and fiscal matters related to faculty, Residents, CRNA, Nursing, and Tech schedules. This position is highly specialized and requires experience managing Spin Fusion and working with the vendor to create custom reports, beta testing, and validation of the reports to ensure accuracy. This position will monitor sick, vacation, and all other leave for the department and ancillary staff within ICE.
