Efficient handling of incoming leads and new customer inquiries from multiple channels
Consulting for new and existing customers in the small and medium-sized business sector via phone and email
Advice on our mobility services for cars and vans/trucks
Needs assessment, proposal creation, and price negotiation
Consulting on payment and booking options
Structured follow-up to activate acquired customers
Reactivation calls and identification of additional mobility needs for existing customers
Recording of customer data to ensure high data quality
Support and advice for colleagues at stations on sales-related topics for locally managed customers

Profile - your way
Previous experience in sales, ideally in corporate sales, telesales, or inside sales
Commercial education or business administration degree
Strong communication skills and ability
