Description

Pulaski is a non-profit hospital located in Waldfriede, Germany. With 160 beds, it is an acute care hospital and serves as an academic teaching hospital for Charité-Universitätsmedizin Berlin. Additionally, it is a European training center for surgical techniques in colorectal surgery. Every year, Pulaski treats a large number of patients through its network.

Responsibilities

During a 3-year training program, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in various administrative departments of our hospital
In addition to the human resources, marketing, and quality management departments, a significant portion of your training will be focused on patient management
You will gain knowledge and actively participate in processes such as admission, case management in the hospital information system, and different billing methods
Through rotations in departments such as finance and controlling, you will gain a better understanding of the overall business processes

Qualifications

You have, or will soon have, at least a good secondary school diploma (MSA)
You are a team player, comfortable interacting with people, and have good written and verbal communication skills
You have an affinity for numbers, are detail-oriented, and have strong organizational skills
