    Program Analyst



    Location: Atlantic City, NJ - FAA's William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC)



    Clearance Level: Must be a U.S. Citizen and acquire a U.S. Federal government FAA badge for work on a government contract.



    Job Summary:



    We're looking for an experienced Program Analyst. The role involves performing program analyst tasks, applying engineering/project management principles, and administrative functions. You should be able to work with minimal supervision as part of the program management team. You will collaborate closely with the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) PMO, supporting the Group Manager of Program Support and Analytics.



    Responsibilities:



    • Provide advisory and analytical support for the development of strategies, planning, and implementation activities related to fundamental changes in how the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) operates.
    • Focus on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets, as well as assisting in planning, developing, and implementing strategic plans and schedules.
    • Monitor program goals and provide activity target updates to executive leadership.
    • Develop strategic plans and offer strategic planning consulting to enhance programmatic PMO oversight for the client.
    • Develop and analyze weekly/monthly reports on business and program-related metrics.
    • Handle ad-hoc program analyst and strategic planning tasks as requested.
    • Experience utilizing SharePoint.
    • KSN management and administration.
    • Organize and manage meetings efficiently.
    • Address project issues and devise solutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.
    • Establish relationships with individual programs and PMO leadership.
    • Formulate SOPs, guides/manuals, and process improvements.
    • Contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards.
    • Create agendas, briefings, presentations, and other supporting materials for manager(s) as needed.


    Requirements:



    • BS/BA degree in business or related fields from an accredited university.
    • 5 years or more of related experience.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • U.S. Citizen with the ability to acquire and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
    • Prior FAA experience with the NAS/PMO.
