    REMOTE, HYBRID OR IN OFFICE

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for assisting clients through the pre-litigation phase, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Case Management:

     Manage a caseload of personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase.

     Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential case information.

     Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary documentation.

    2. Investigation and Documentation:  Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence and build a strong case foundation.

     Organize and maintain detailed case files, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented.

     Collaborate with legal professionals to prepare demand packages and settlement negotiations.

    3. Client Communication:

     Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case progress.

     Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

     Ensure clients are informed about the status of their cases throughout the pre-litigation process.

    4. Collaboration:

     Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to facilitate a seamless transition from pre-litigation to litigation when necessary.

     Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute insights based on pre-litigation findings. Qualifications:

     Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

     Previous experience in personal injury law or a related field is preferred.

     Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

     Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

     Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

     Proficiency in Aderant Total Office and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

     Bi-lingual/Spanish

    Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60, $120,000.00 per year

    Benefits: Dental insurance  Health insurance  Paid time off  Incentive bonus Schedule:

     8-hour shift  Monday to Friday
