This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney to make a significant impact in the field of personal injury law.Job Description:As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be an integral part of our client's legal team, specializing in personal injury cases. Your primary role will be to represent clients who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or misconduct of others. You will handle a wide range of cases, from automobile accidents to medical malpractice, with a focus on delivering outstanding legal counsel and obtaining the best possible outcomes for our clients.Responsibilities:- Case Management: Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, from intake through resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation phases.- Legal Representation: Provide exceptional legal representation to clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop strong legal strategies for each case.- Client Consultation: Communicate with clients regularly, providing updates on case progress and addressing their concerns and questions.- Document Preparation: Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.- Discovery: Manage the discovery process, including conducting depositions, interrogatories, and document requests.- Trial Preparation: Prepare for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and courtroom strategy.- Negotiation: Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes for clients.- Compliance: Ensure all legal actions comply with state and federal laws and regulations.Qualifications:
    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    • Active license to practice law in the state of Florida.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience practicing personal injury law
    • Strong litigation skills, including trial experience.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
