    Description

    Boutique Recruiting is working with a Boca Raton law firm to find an Associate with Personal Injury Litigation experience to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney admitted to the Bar in Florida with at least 3 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience.

    Minimum Duties:

    • Work will include both pre-suit and lawsuit work.
    • Solely doing litigation, nothing else.
    • Depositions.
    • Trial work would be the main part of the job.
    • Goal is to take 2-3 cases to trial a year in the near future.
    • Manage a Paralegal that will solely assist on cases.
    • Some travel - cases in Orange County, Orlando, Broward and Palm Beach areas.
    • Most of the hearings are via zoom.
    • Only travelling for trial or clients meetings as needed.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • At least 5 trials with most of them as first chair (2-3).
    • 5-7 years Personal Injury litigation experience.
    • Medical malpractice required, wrongful death, security - Can be plaintiff or defense.
    • State and federal court experience required.
    • Board certified attorney would be a HUGE plus.
    • Bilingual would be a plus, but not required.
