    The Position:

    As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the legal process after an accident. This in-office position offers a stable schedule (Monday-Friday) with no billable hours. You will be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including:

    • Depositions (expert and witness)
    • Court appearances
    • Jury trials
    • Drafting and arguing motions
    • Case management
    • Overseeing the smooth progression of cases

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Licensed attorney in the state of Florida
    • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in personal injury and/or product liability litigation (judicial clerkship experience a plus)
    • Proven track record of success in managing a full caseload from inception to resolution, including trial experience
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases of varying complexity
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong work ethic and dedication to client service
    • A passion for advocating for the rights of the injured
