    The Division of Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at the University of Oregon (UO) is seeking a


    Communications Manager who will be at the cutting edge of developing multi-media and multi-modal (website, email, social media, print) communications campaigns that activate change and play a crucial role in advancing the mission of DEI and UO.

    You will play a vital and creative role in a close-knit team devoted to embedding equity, inclusion and belonging into all corners of the university.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a communicator who wants to make a real difference as a pivotal member of an enthusiastic team devoted to organizational learning and empowering change using a LACE (love, authenticity, courage and empathy) lens.

    Minimum qualifications:
    (1) Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. (2) Three years of professional experience in communications or public relations, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. (3) Experience communicating DEI concepts, issues, and best practices. (3) Experience with Drupal, Emma, Constant Contact or other constituent relationship management (CRM) systems.
