    Based in Asheville, NC, AyurPrana owns and manages SoHum Healing Resort, Asheville Yoga Center, AyurPrana Listening Room, and also offers online courses and virtual lifestyle consultations through the AyurPrana website. AyurPrana also supports marketing and operations for The Ayurvedic Institute.

    Position Statement

    The SoHum Sales Executive is a high-ticket sales position. This position is our primary contact for our clients for booking until their next booking and stay. We are seeking someone who is able to close and convert effectively, efficiently, and in a manner that is compassionate and graceful. The Sales Executive should have poise and comfort speaking with clients who come from affluent backgrounds.

    Our lead flow is strong, yet we are also looking for someone who can also develop a sales strategy for new clientele from new market segments. We are seeking a Sales Executive to help us build, measure, optimize and scale our sales program to drive growth. The Sales Executive will be responsible for helping develop market segments, attracting new clients while maintaining existing client relationships; as well as assisting with bookings for SoHum.

    In addition to lead response and booking, this Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting clients with any queries they have and any touches that would make their stay exceptional. This position should be able to think out of the box and make their requests manifest. An excellent ability to build relationships, be a pillar of support, and excellent service is equally important as the ability to sell our program.

    *This position is located in Asheville, NC. This is an on-site position and not remote.*

    Primary Sales Duties

    • Goal Setting - develop and maintain budget, forecast and actual measurement plans for SoHum bookings.
    • Performance Measurement - monitor lead inflow and performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimizations for SoHum's pipeline across MQLs, SQLs, and Closed/Booked deals.
    • Lead Generation Funnel Strategy and Management - support sales revenue goals by working closely with marketing in developing strategies to increase leads, implement those strategies, maintain our lead management process, track and report results.
    • Data Management - ensure data is syncing seamlessly in HubSpot for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Answer sales calls, email, and social media inquiries. Respond within 24 hours.
    • Assist clients with answering all questions related to services and resources and offer solutions to ensure client booking is accurate.
    • Assist in supporting clients in their healing journey as they explore AyurPrana's services across entities.
    • Act as a resource, guide, and advocate to support the client in order to assure they are given the best care possible.
    • Take booking information and prepare proper paperwork.
    • Exercise decision making skills to direct caller's request.
    • Distribute documents to appropriate persons and locations to ensure prompt processing.
    • Handle individual reservations for VIP clients and ensure all arrangements are fully executed.
    • Update our internal client databases with client and booking information.
    • Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings. Familiarize yourself and fully understand new products and services as they are introduced.
    • Interface with clients during their stay at SoHum Mountain Healing to further the personalization and relationship building. If skillset allows, participate in the programming at SoHum.
    • Collect testimonials
    • Be highly positive and motivated.
    Requirements:

    Qualifications

    • Previous experience in sales required.
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • B2B Tech experience with at least 3+ years of admin experience in a CRM, preferably HubSpot.
    • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
    • A good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
    • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
    • Working knowledge of GDPR regulations.
    • Background and interest in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, wellness is highly preferred.
    • Proven track record of delighting customers and exceeding their expectations.
    • Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
    • A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships across departments and with clients.
    • The flexibility to work irregular hours, when required.
    • The ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
    • Must have a strong desire for wellness and healing. Background and interest in yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, wellness is highly preferred.
    • Must be able to thrive in a rapidly changing, startup environment.
    • Must be detail and solutions oriented.
    • Ability to multitask
    • Ability to remain calm and open demeanor while delivering quick and accessible service.
    • Must be comfortable with mostly screen and desk work and being on-site at our offices in Asheville.
    • Must be proficient and fluid with technology and learning multiple service systems.
    • Must be available to work during general office hours M-F 8:30am-5:30pm with some weekends, evenings, and holidays required.

    Physical Requirements - (not limited to)

    • Must be able to see and hear.
    • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
    • Must be able to work around moderate noise level.
    • Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 lbs.
    • Must be able to stand, stoop, bend, crawl, reach above and below shoulders, repetitive arm and wrist use, climb ladders and stairs, and walk on uneven surfaces.
