    Description

    We are looking for a full time Guest Service Agent who is looking to start a career in Hospitality Management. Our ideal candidate would be a personable individual who is capable of multitasking in a high pressure environment. When joining our team at the Front Desk you would be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

    • Greeting guests throughout the day in a friendly and approachable manner. Service with a smile
    • Learning the Visual One Hotel Management system. We would be guiding you along the way to learning the ins and outs of this system.
    • Checking guests into and out of the hotel and handling large credit card or cash transactions with careful attention.
    • Answering all phone calls that come through the hotel and being able to help that person with any question they may have.
    • Taking reservations and learning our different sale packages.
    • Concierge duties - including recommending restaurants, offering directions, assisting with ticket purchasing or tour guide bookings, reserving car services, etc.
    • Housekeeping - As a small hotel you will be required to learn how our housekeeping staff works and be ready and able to assist if called upon.

    We are a small hotel and joining our team is more than just another job. You become part of a family and will learn all there is to know about the hotel business. As you can see from the description you are more than just a Front Desk Agent. You are a concierge, a reservationist, a housekeeper, a bellman and part of a hotel group that prides itself on its customer service and attentiveness to detail.
