About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent.
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor upon arrival.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accurate information and payment processing.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, reservations, and requests.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay:
$ $23.00 per hour
