ABOUT YOU: As a Staff Accountant, your role is pivotal in shaping the financial landscape of our organization. Collaborating closely with the Director of Corporate Accounting, you will contribute to day-to-day accounting activities, month-end close processes, account reconciliations, accruals, audit readiness, and various finance improvement projects.

Responsibilities:

Monitor service level agreements with legal entities for accurate processing of accounting documents.
Develop and implement accounting goals, policies, and procedures for the department.
Assist in financial statement disclosures and compliance with audit programs.
Facilitate monthly and yearly accounting period closings to ensure accurate results.
Foster team development for optimal productivity.
Direct compilation and issuance of accounting statistics and reports.
Assist in streamlining accounting operations processes.
