Responsibilities:

  • Individual, holistic basic and nursing care according to the needs of the residents (m/f/d)
  • Creation of nursing documentation and planning, as well as anamnesis, creation and elaboration of the nursing process
  • Implementation of prophylactic nursing measures according to current standards, as well as instruction, motivation and assistance in relearning and independently performing activities of daily living
  • Motivating and activating daily routines based on the individual resources of the residents (m/f/d)

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d) or health and nursing nurse (m/f/d)
  • Residentoriented and structured way of working
  • Empathy and reliability
  • A high level of teamwork
