_Your responsibilities:

You play a central role in the service area by providing customer advice tailored to their needs and in sales conversations about our high-quality products.

You advise our customers on the individual design of their vehicles and actively market our range of accessories. You are the first point of contact for the professional support of our NORA customers.


_Your profile:
_

  • You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • Indepth knowledge of Volkswagen products (especially for the brands Audi, Seat, and Cupra) or current vehicle technology is advantageous
  • You are familiar with the manufacturer's computer programs
