For a successful medium-sized company in the field of renewable energy / photovoltaic systems from the Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ area, we are currently looking for a Technical Operations Manager (m/f/d) for direct placement / permanent employment.

Your tasks include:

  • Analysis of PV systems through a monitoring system
  • Troubleshooting, creating service tickets, and coordinating troubleshooting with inhouse service technicians
  • Project support and development in the field of system communication
  • Setup and configuration of new PV systems in the monitoring system
  • Preparation of analyses
  • Creation of reports and statistics
  • Analysis and optimization of workflows
  • Service assignments for PV systems and conducting inspections

What you should bring:

  • You have a completed technical education or a comparable technical degree in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics and ideally have professional experience in the field of photovoltaics
  • You are proficient in MS Office
  • Good knowledge of communication technology
  • You have a selfsufficient and structured way of working
  • You are a communicative and serviceoriented team player
