The ITP Ingenieur GmbH Group is represented at a total of 7 locations with a total of 150 employees within the Federal Republic of Germany. Our area of responsibility includes the provision of engineering services in the fields of road and traffic engineering, structural maintenance, urban water management, water-sensitive urban development, sewer rehabilitation, geo-information systems (GIS), construction management, water and hydrology, engineering surveying, project management, landscape planning/architecture, CAFM, track construction planning, and building construction.

We are currently looking for a department head (m/f/d) for the department of water-sensitive urban development (stormwater management) at our Bad Krozingen location.

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Personnel management and responsibility for personnel development within the department
  • Coordination and coordination with other departments and locations (keyword: cross-location cooperation)
  • Expansion of the department, strategic development of the department, and development of additional areas of activity
