This position is a long-term opportunity.


Your responsibilities:


  • Managing existing customer base in the pharmacy market segment via phone and email, and maintaining relevant data in close collaboration with the pharmacy field sales team
  • Receiving, processing, and monitoring orders, including invoice creation and preparation for shipping
  • Handling complaints
  • Potential to take on tasks in telephone sales in the future

Your profile:


  • You have a commercial education and can demonstrate comparable professional experience in the areas mentioned above
  • You have a selfsufficient work style, are organized, resilient, a team player, and flexible
  • You have a confident demeanor and possess good and polite communication skills
  • You have good computer skills
  • You enjoy making phone calls and communicating with others
