- High School diploma required.
- 5 years experience in fleet management and service preferred.
- Monitors and ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations and guidelines (DOT, MVA, IFTA, registrations, other tax requirements).
- Understanding of DOT requirements and experience with drivers required.
- Expert in compliance management.
- Expert in fleet cost analysis and cost reduction.
- Experience with planning and implementing company-wide and regional fleet strategies including purchases, replacements, preventive maintenance, part stocking and repair providers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent PC skills (proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to recognize a problematic situation and seek assistance as necessary.
- Up to 10% travel required to coach Branch Managers.
- Strong leadership and self-motivational skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
