- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely manner.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support financial decision-making.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. (CPA would be a plus)
- Industry experience within a non-profit is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
- Proficiency with a medium to large ERP software package (MIP, Blackbaud, Intacct).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The role will play a key role within the finance department, supporting their mission through accurate financial management and reporting. The position will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, managing accounts payable/receivable, and assisting with budget preparation, and assist with projects as assigned.Responsibilities:
