Job DescriptionStaff Accountant
LHH is currently looking for an experienced Staff Accountant for a position in San Ramon, Ca.
Responsibilities:

Manages a range of financial activities, including preparing and posting standard journal entries, reconciling accounts, and processing vendor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Oversees various administrative tasks, such as reviewing invoices, coordinating reconciliations, and approving expenses, to maintain efficient operations.
Handles payroll processing, cash receipts, and compliance monitoring to support financial stability and regulatory adherence.
Assists with audit preparations, budgeting processes, and identifies opportunities for process improvement to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education/work experience.
Experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in roles such as Staff Accountant or similar positions, encompassing essential job responsibilities.
Proficiency in computerized accounting and spreadsheet applications. Intermediate-level skills in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Familiarity with Ceridian payroll system may be necessary, while experience with Intacct Accounting software or is advantageous.
Preference for candidates with healthcare industry experience.

Compensation:

$64,480 – 72,8000

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.

Pay Details: $64,480.00 to $728,000.00 per year
