Description
A well-established and reputable company is currently seeking a Process Improvement Manager for their process manufacturing facility located in Indianapolis, IN.
The company offers excellent benefits including a 401K plan with a 100% match up to 6%, as well as an additional 3% contribution.
There is also a 15% bonus potential and 168 hours of monthly PTO accrual. Relocation nationwide is also an option for this role.In this position, you will work collaboratively with your team to drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement, ensuring sustained world-class performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing leadership and expertise in implementing best practices for the company's performance system.
Guiding the roll-out of the company's performance system and driving the cultural shift towards managing through pillars.
Coordinating and supporting plant pillar and platform leads in areas such as 5S, Safety, Planned Maintenance, and Focused Improvement.
Engaging all associates through hands-on mentoring and conducting audits.
Monitoring the timeline of the Sprint Plan and ensuring successful completion by engaging pillar leads and plant leadership.
Leading the Reliability Improvement Plans (RIP) by establishing action plans and scheduling follow-up meetings.
Providing coaching to teams on giving and receiving feedback, root cause analysis, trade-off analysis, interpersonal communications, and external interactions.
Working with the Operations teams to establish an Autonomous Maintenance work culture and ensure operations are running to centerline.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant manufacturing.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Continuous Improvement environment, including TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement systems.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in mentoring teams and individuals.Minimum of 5 years' experience in root-cause analysis, data collection, and utilizing TPM and other company performance system concepts such as 'Why, Why/How, How' and Phenomena Thinking.
