    Description
    As Automation Engineering Lead, you'll play a crucial role in our client's dynamic team. You'll lead projects to automate tasks, help create plans for automation, and make the production process more efficient.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead automation projects from start to finish, making sure we meet quality and safety standards and helping move manufacturing processes to the production area.

    Find ways to make our manufacturing process control systems work better and put those changes into action.
    Design and add controls and equipment to make our manufacturing and filling lines work more smoothly.
    Keep detailed records of what you're doing, following our rules and regulations closely.
    Keep an eye on how well things are working, suggest improvements, and make them happen.
    Create guides and drawings that show how our control and HMI systems work right now.

    Come up with a plan for how we can automate making our aseptic products and help our technicians and suppliers with technical support.

    Solve problems with the process and equipment, with help from a technician.

    Qualifications:
    You have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in electrical or mechatronics.
    You've spent 10 years working in factories, especially building machines and making things more automatic.
    You're good at working with PLCs (like AB, Modicon, OPTO, Siemens) and putting machines together.
    You know about OMRON electrocam, LinMot linear motors, stepper motors, and servo motor controls.
    It's a plus if you've worked in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or MedTech before.
