    Description

    Lead Electrical Engineer / Engineering Manager

    Join a fast-growing yet well-established organization in the Los Angeles South Bay area, developing advanced high-speed communications devices used in various industries from entertainment broadcasting to medical devices.

    We're seeking a highly experienced Electrical Engineer, with strong hardware design and project/technical leadership experience, looking to take a career step into leading a multidiscipline engineering division.

    In this position, you will be the key decision maker for the Hardware design processes and responsible for leading the engineering team (Software, Firmware, Electrical, Mechanical) through all stages of the product design and development, creating cutting-edge rugged communications devices.

    • Project Execution
    • Team Leadership
    • Board-level design and simulation
    • Component review and selection
    • Schematic capture and PCB layout
    • Design verification and ensuring manufacturability

    Key Skills Required:

    • Leading Electronics Hardware design process from concept to production
    • Circuit design (Analog, Digital, or Mixed-signal)
    • Understanding of Embedded Systems and Microcontrollers
    • EE (or similar) Degree
    • Experience in network concepts is preferred

    Base salary range: $180k-$220k depending on experience
