    has a current opening for a

    Marketing Director .

    The Marketing Director reports to the Administrator and coordinates directly with CPM Home Office to develop and implement marketing strategies for Easthaven Villa.

    Salary & Bonuses:

    Annual Salary:
    $50,000 - $70,000, DOE

    Admission Bonuses (per resident):

    • $250 for Private Pay (Non-referred)
    - $175 for Private Pay (Referred)
    - $125 for Medicaid
    Requirements

    Requirements:
    Must be over 18 years old & able to pass a criminal background check.

    Strong communication skills- able to communicate with administrator, staff, residents, family members, friends, health care professionals, outplacement personnel & advertisers.

    Must have a working knowledge of developing marketing campaigns and strategies.
    Skilled with computer software/databases to manage detailed prospect and professional profiles.
    Must have a comprehensive understanding of your local community's market landscape and the senior housing market.
    Adept at planning public events that align with overall marketing strategy.
    Prior experience as a Marketing Director & in Senior Housing preferred.
    College degree or equivalent experience in Marketing required.
    Experience with Assisted Living & Memory Care is a plus
