    Job Summary:
    Super Micro Computer, Inc. is looking for a Sr.

    Manager, Investor Relations for our HQ located in San Jose, CAEssential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a global outreach plan to target and attract long-term investors, expand and maintain key holder ownership positions, and keep the financial community current on company progress, growth strategies, and industry developmentsManage and expand sell-side relationshipsEngage management team to participate in investor outreach activitiesPrepare key materials and presentations to communicate financial performance, business conditions, and company strategyProactively monitor Wall Street consensus estimates and equity research to minimize gaps between the company performance and investor expectations.


    Maintain internal financial models similarly used by sell side analystsCollaboration with Marketing and Comms to ensure consistent messaging on branding and strategyQualifications:8+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields preferred.

    Bachelors degree required, MBA highly desirableStrong relationships with the investment communityExceptional written and verbal communication skillsDesire to be hands-on and juggle multiple projectsHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracyUp to 25% travel may be requiredSalary Range$151,000 - $185,000 The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role.

    In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
