Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director (Strategy & Investor Relations) at San Jose, CA. The Director will be responsible for managing the company's strategy initiatives and investor relations activities. The day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, financial planning, financial statements, analytical skills, and financial reporting. You will also oversee financial operations, provide financial forecasts, and participate in strategic planning, developing financial models and maintaining
Qualifications
10-years in Venture Capital & Private Equity.
Experience in Corporate finance.
Worked for financial institutions, Wall Street firms etc.
Good understanding of Venture Capital (VC) Industry
Strong experience in strategic investing, venture capital, risk management etc
Good experience in Hedge fund strategies
Strong financial planning, analytical skills and experience with financial reporting
Experience in developing financial strategies and financial statements
Experience in managing budgets, forecasting and financial analysis
Strategic thinking and Problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
MBA or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
Experience in the technology industry or media industry is a plus
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Relevant skills include knowledge of financial markets and investment trends, strong problem solving and decision making skills, and experience implementing and managing financial software systems.
