Position Overview: As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of our branch. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve sales targets, and uphold compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in the banking industry, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of banking professionals, including tellers, customer service representatives, and personal bankers.

Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to support team members in achieving their goals and maximizing their potential.

Customer Service Excellence:

Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with customers.

Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Sales and Business Development:

Drive branch performance through the achievement of sales targets for deposit products, loans, investments, and other banking services.

Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and expand existing customer relationships.

Operational Management:

Oversee branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, compliance, and security protocols, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures governing banking operations and risk management.

Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate operational risks and ensure adherence to compliance standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

1+ years of experience in retail banking or financial services, with a minimum of X years in a leadership or management role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving business growth, and delivering excellent customer service.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve success.

Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.

$55,000 - $65,000 a year
