SUMMARY
Manage all staff and operational requirements in order to achieve reasonable and profitable growth.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the company.
  • Develop financial objectives and business plans.
  • Maintain a professional and high quality service oriented environment at all times.
  • Maintain positive employee relations and work climate.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Set the framework for operations standards and quality.
  • Retain proper and adequate staffing requirements. Recruit and select site personnel, as well as managing staff for performance.
  • Conducts regular staff meetings to keep staff informed of activities in the business and promote a strong team atmosphere and culture.
  • Implement and track the recommended marketing and sales plans.

QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The attributes listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability preferred for the position.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

BS in Business Administration or related field.


REASONING ABILITY:


  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule format.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:


  • Ability to travel on an infrequent basis required (some overnight travel, mandatory training sessions, and regional/cluster meetings). May infrequently require travel by air.
  • Adaptability, Customer relations, Flexibility Followup, Problem solving, Persuasiveness, Organization, Time management, Selfmotivator, Effective sales presentation Oral, and written communication skills.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Resultsdriven and customerfocused.
  • Sound understanding of continuous improvements/problems solving processes.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a requirement for this position.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:


  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record check with acceptable score.
  • Current liability insurance on automobiles.

OTHER CRITERIA:


  • Ability to pass criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass motor vehicle records check.
  • Ability to pass drug screening.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:


Pay:
$45, $60,000.00 per year
