    Role Summary

    Tillman Networks is rapidly growing and looking to add a Manager, Corporate to join our Finance team. Reporting to the CFO, the Manager, Corporate Finance is responsible for building and supporting scalable reporting systems and driving insight into the historical and forecasted financial performance for Senior management. In addition, the Manager, Corporate Finance will oversee the functions of reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposals evaluations in a cross-functional environment. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role with the plan to develop and lead a team of analysts in the future.

    The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with the company's financial and operational data.

    **This role requires that the employee go into the corporate office 4 days a week (Mon-Thurs).**

    What You'll Do

    • Develop robust short-term and long-term forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Credit Profile) to help shape future expectations for the company
    • Create automated Excel models
    • Manage the SDP reconciliation process
    • Manage date integrity across all utilized platforms. Enhance data sourcing and quality: integrity, completeness, and accuracy
    • Enhance report and analysis production: timeliness, completeness, and accuracy
    • Build cross-functional partnerships, internally & externally
    • Maintain competitive market knowledge
    • Perform various ad hoc analytics related to operational and financial performance

    · Perform other duties as required.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Global market knowledge, good business understanding, problem-solving skills, and business intuition.
    • Previous banking or consulting knowledge and/or experience (Preferable)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strict deadlines.
