VP-Leveraged Finance PPT- Corporate & Investment Banking

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company's business units.

Aims to deliver superior service to clients by driving and optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes and technology thereby enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk.

Builds the sustainable repeatable capabilities that support delivery of the highest standards of service and execution. Analyzes and reviews data tools, business processes and operational standards to execute service delivery. Evaluates and ensures that operations meet company objectives, business needs, service agreements and relevant requirements. Researches and monitors external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications for the company.

Assist in oversight and build out of the lev fin business - originations and trading support - across the PPT organization focusing on originations, secondary trading, and life cycle agency support.


  • Assist in oversight and build out of the lev fin business originations and trading support across the PPT organization focusing on originations, secondary trading, and life cycle agency support.
  • Oversight assistance in the originations business to build efficiencies, work hand and hand with FO, lending, banking and monitor the settlement process front to back.
  • Work closely with UnitedLex closing and agency teams on daily trade flow for originations and secondary trading
  • Liaise with Cap Marks, banking, Agency and the thirdparty closing team for daily status and manage funding inflow/outflow management and reporting
  • Manage client inquiries and escalations
  • Analyze settlement trends and coordinate reduction in outstanding exposure for origination and secondary trading
  • Assist in middle office buildout of the internal PDM group streamline the business flow and create front to back middle office support for the PDM team.
  • Assist in testing and buildout of loan trading systems. Partner with IT to ensure FO and MO are receiving the needed deliverables.
  • Monitor origination and secondary daily exposures and PnL fluctuations
  • Monitor PnL accrual and client DC forfeits
  • Identify and Establish changes in controls and procedures, assist in oversight of governance and RCSA management review
  • Coordinate system enhancements and processes to facilitate new LSTA market protocols
  • Monitor ongoing changes to ensure banks compliance to market standards and practices
EDUCATION Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience - Business or equivalent degree.


WORK EXPERIENCE
9-12 years in Lending, credit, or banking and management experience

Working Conditions:
Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base annual salary range for this position is $87,897-$135,000._ _The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.
